Abstract: This research aims to explore the transformative impact of educational technology in enhancing early childhood literacy in Nigerian educational settings. The objective is threefold: to assess the effectiveness of technology-integrated learning environments, to examine how digital tools influence literacy development, and to evaluate educators' perceptions and practices regarding technology use. A survey research design will be employed to gather data from ECE educators and parents across diverse socio-economic backgrounds in Rivers State. The sample size of 186, derived using Taro Yamane's formula, ensures representation and statistical power. A pertinent case study of technologically advanced ECE centers will provide in-depth insights into effective practices. The reliability coefficient score of 0.75 validate data consistency. Findings highlighted the positive impact of educational technology on literacy skills, supporting digital integration strategies. Recommendations focused on enhancing technology infrastructure, training educators, and fostering digital literacy from an early age.
